Their customer service was beyond surpassing, and they completed the service to my satisfaction. I would have to say that I am the one that was lucky to have found them. The presentation of the service was excellent. They called me 25 minutes before the technician arrived. My hired technician was professional, he knew exactly what to fix in my oven hinge problems. We're happy that he was able to fix all the problems within an hour and was able to replace the damaged one the same day. They will be my first call the next time I need appliance repairs.
