How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Worked at another production company and was fired and started Accord. My brother and I grew up working in all positions of a production crew including grip, gaffer, production assistant etc.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have all the professional video formats and all our services are available same day or next day.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have two locations, one in Coconut Grove and one in Ft Lauderdale.

COCONUT GROVE LOCATION: From downtown Miami and places North, take I95 to US#1 and then take us#1 1 mile to 22nd ave and do u turn, our parking lot is the next possible right after the u turn.
FT LAUDERDALE LOCATION; Take I95 North to Cypress Creek Road and head west to Andrews Ave take a right and the next possible right is our parking lot.

Which areas do you service?
Dade, Broward and South Palm Beach county as local and nationally and worldwide we get orders via FEDEX or UPS.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Company is owned by Max and Rocky Wyler and day to day operations in Coconut Grove are handled by Brenda Gonzalez and Darcie Masson and in Ft Lauderdale day to day operations are handled by Carole Williams.
What are your hours of operation?
8am to 7pm Monday thru Friday and available by appointment 24 hours a day 7 days per week.
